The Elite Robots CS530H is a five-axis collaborative robot developed for palletizing and heavy end-of-line workflows. Its 30 kg payload, specialized architecture, and compatibility with Elite Robots CP Series configurations support single- and dual-box handling, palletizing, depalletizing, and warehouse automation.

• The CP Series palletizing column or lifter (CPL07 telescopic or CPF10 fixed). The stacking heights quoted for palletizing — including the 90.6 in. (2,300 mm) figure — require this separate CP Series solution. This listing is for the standalone CS530H arm, controller, and pendant only.
• Vacuum cups, vacuum generator, and the single- or dual-box gripper used for palletizing
• Pallet handling, conveyors, and other cell components
• End-of-arm tooling — grippers, vacuum cups, sensors, and tool changers
• Robot mounting — stand, pedestal, table, cart, or column
• Safeguarding hardware — fencing, light curtains, area scanners, or emergency stops beyond those built into the controller

Published TCP and joint speeds describe the robot's capability. Safe operating speed and motion limits depend on the complete application, payload, end-of-arm tooling, workspace, and required risk assessment.

Tool I/O and End-of-Arm Integration

Dual tool-connector architecture with configurable digital and analog I/O, 12 V or 24 V tool power, RS485, and Modbus RTU for compatible vacuum, clamping, sensing, and other palletizing tooling.

Final end-of-arm-tool selection should be verified for payload, center of gravity, electrical demand, communications, reach, and the complete duty cycle.

Teach Pendant and Programming

The ERP400 teach pendant included with this order has a 12.1-inch, 1280 x 800 full-touch display, IP54 protection, and an approximately 18.0 ft (5.5 m) cable. Safety and Environmental Protection

The arm ships with IP65 protection as standard; an IP68 configuration is available at extra cost. Elite Robots certifies the CS Series to ISO 13849 and provides adjustable collision-detection settings. Collaborative operation is application-dependent and does not remove the need for a documented risk assessment, correct end-of-arm tooling, safe programming, and any safeguarding required by the completed system.

Palletizing Configuration Notes

Elite Robots publishes a maximum stacking height of 90.6 in. (2,300 mm) for a supported telescopic-column CP configuration. The manufacturer also lists single- and dual-vacuum-cup handling configurations. Column, gripper, pallet dimensions, throughput, guarding, and other cell components must be engineered and quoted for the specific application; they should not be assumed to be included with the standalone arm.
