Every Elite Robots collaborative robot (cobot) sold by Techno Wrld is backed by genuine manufacturer warranty coverage. As an independent reseller working with direct supplier relationships, we ensure your purchase includes valid, supplier-backed warranty support—giving you complete confidence in your automation investment.

Elite Robots — Warranty Terms

All Elite Robots products purchased through Techno Wrld carry standard manufacturer warranty protection covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

• What is Covered: Manufacturing defects, faulty electronic components, joint failure, and mechanical defects under standard operation.

• What is Not Covered: Damage caused by operating outside maximum payload or reach specifications, improper installation or voltage supply, lack of required maintenance, unauthorized software/hardware modifications, physical accidents, or standard wear and tear.

• How Claims Work: Techno Wrld coordinates warranty claims directly with our supplier network on your behalf to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you encounter a technical defect or hardware failure with your equipment, follow these steps to initiate a claim:

1. Submit Your Request: Email support@technowrld.com with your order number, cobot serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Provide Documentation: Attach clear photos or video demonstrating the defect or error code to help our team assess the issue rapidly.

3. Claim Resolution: Our team will submit the claim to our supplier network to coordinate the appropriate resolution—whether that involves replacement components, repair services, or a full unit replacement.

We aim to acknowledge and review all warranty inquiries within one business day.
