Cancellation Window

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is shipped out, provided it has not already entered the fulfillment process. Cancellations made before shipment are completely free of charge — no cancellation fee and no restocking fee applies.

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it directly. Please contact us once you receive the package, and we will arrange a return for you in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Once your return authorization is issued, please ship the item back within 7 days. Please note that while no restocking fee will apply, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns after shipment.
