Tool I/O and End-of-Arm Integration

Dual tool connections: T1 M8, 8-pin and T2 12.8 mm (0.50 in.), 4-pin. Includes 4 configurable digital inputs and 4 configurable digital outputs, 1 analog input and 1 analog output, RS485, and Modbus RTU. T2 provides 24 V at up to 5 A for supported tooling.

Final end-of-arm-tool selection should be verified for payload, center of gravity, electrical demand, communications, reach, and the complete duty cycle.

Safety and Environmental Protection

The arm ships with IP65 protection as standard; an IP68 configuration is available at extra cost. Elite Robots certifies the CS Series to ISO 13849 and provides adjustable collision-detection settings. Collaborative operation is application-dependent and does not remove the need for a documented risk assessment, correct end-of-arm tooling, safe programming, and any safeguarding required by the completed system.
