We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Change-of-mind returns must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and included components. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns, and a 25% restocking fee applies. For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect-item returns, Techno Wrld covers the return shipping cost and no restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

The Elite Robots CP Series Collaborative Palletizer with CS620 cobot arm is a turnkey, all-in-one palletizing station for end-of-line automation. It handles boxes up to 20 kg (44.1 lb), stacks up to 2600 mm, and sets up right out of the box with Elite's built-in palletizing wizard, so no programming experience is needed.
