We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Change-of-mind returns must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and included components. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns, and a 25% restocking fee applies. For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect-item returns, Techno Wrld covers the return shipping cost and no restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

The Elite Robots CS618 is a 6-axis collaborative robot (cobot) from Elite's flagship CS Series, with a 18 kg (39.7 lb) payload and 954 mm (37.6 in) reach. Built for pick and place, machine tending, assembly, palletizing and other industrial automation, it works safely alongside people without fencing when deployed after a risk assessment.
